It was my first time surfing yesterday and one of my classmates was a 78 year old woman. Everyone there was babying her. During one of our breaks she came up to me and thanked me. She thanked me for not “babying” her. In reality, I was just trying to avoid her. She talked to me about her younger years and how she never did anything. She had soooo many opportunities but she decided to not go for them….out of fear. She use to live a pessimistic life. The last thing she said to me before she went out to surf.
“You can either choose to be happy or be sad….And one day I slapped myself in the face and told myself to get out there. To live. “
She left this world yesterday.

Adele is amazing! Her songs just gives me goosebumps no matter how many times I listen to her songs.
I had the opportunity to be at the VMAs..I in the back but the music echoed and I was in a high from all the music that was playing. It’s hard to explain. The stage was amazing! MTV just keeps getting better visually with their award shows. The only thing I miss are the music videos. I really do miss TRL (Total Request Live). Google that!

I touched a bit of sky…skydiving today. It was an amazing feeling and If you have the chance to do it! Please do no chicken out! :D There were several people on the plane that did. I decided to go first and I told them: Fear is only temporary! Let’s touch the SKY! They all smiled and seconds after I jumped they were behind me. We touched the ground and celebrated. It was a rush. The rush of touching the great sky. I plan to go again!

HAPPY LIBERATION DAY GUAM!
I cannot wait for the parade. I met so many awesome people so far. This night was amazing. The beach bar was amazing and I didn’t want to leave but since I wasn’t the one that was driving I had to follow. Checked out Denials….it was too crowded and the smoke was getting to my eyes and poisoning my lungs..I couldn’t breath. I decided to step out. Told my friend I would just walk back. I didn’t. Actually met some really nice and chill people outside who also complained about the smoke. We just talked. They invited me to their barbecue and also I am going to go to the beach bar again since it is their GRAND OPENING!

YES I AM FINALLY HERE! I was here since yesterday but it is sooo beautiful. The sun was shining..got a tan and checked out the night scene. But I had to watch Harry Potter first. I grew up reading the books. Anyways, the people here are soo welcoming. I met up with my friend and she showed me around. Now we are going to head to the beach to watch the sunset….but we must go shopping first.
